BabyText Progam
What is it?
The BabyText program is the text-messaging (SMS) version of the Mothers and Babies Course. The initial study was conducted in 2016 to examine the acceptability and feasibility in a community sample of pregnant and postpartum women (Barrera, Aguilera, Inlow, & Servin, 2020). This project uses the HealthySMS platform and is a collaboration with Adrian Aguilera, PhD, University of California, Berkeley.
Who is eligible?
English and Spanish-speaking individuals who are planning on becoming pregnant, pregnant, and postpartum people who are over 18 years and who reside in the USA.

Mothers and Babies Online Course
What is it?
The online version of the Mothers and Babies Course (eMB) which was adapted by Dr. Barrera and tested in a pilot RCT (see Barrera, Wickham, & Muñoz, 2015). .
Who is eligible?
English and Spanish speaking pregnant and postpartum women over 18 years old. The site is also available for any adult who is interested in supporting pregnant and new mothers who want to learn bout the program. Partners, spouses, providers, family - join!
